CLEAR VISION WITH ZERO UPKEEP
Self-cleans using a patented process that actively rejects abrasive dust, bitumen, mud, oil, salt, potash and many other contaminants using a micro-renewable optical layer. Rated for 40,000 cleaning cycles.
NO VISUAL INTERRUPTIONS DURING SELF-CLEANING
The self-cleaning process does not visually interrupt the view; therefore the self-cleaning cycle will never interfere with the view of the sensor behind it or the person using the data.
RUGGED AND READY FOR ALL CONDITIONS
The SensorShield-1600™ contains an aerospace alloy construction for high-impact and harsh industrial environments including temperature ranges from -40°C (40°F) to 60°C (140°F) with solar loading. The single-piece design requires no vulnerable external hardware such as nozzles, hoses, compressors, or wipers which are prone to clogging and damage.
SIMPLE TO MECHANICALLY INTEGRATE
Easily integrate into any enclosure by replicating the recommended panel cut out; the unit even comes with its own integrated seal. You can design your own enclosure or work with our team to customize your ideal system.
SIMPLE TO ELECTRICALLY INTEGRATE
The electrical integration is flexible and simple. The integration can be as simple as powering the unit with a memorized cleaning frequency, or it can be as flexible as taking complete control of the self-cleaning cycle complemented with status and diagnostic feedback through RS232 serial communication.
COMPACT & FLEXIBLE SIZE FOR A WIDE RANGE OF SENSORS
Offering 3405 mm² (5.3 in²) of usable optical surface, while maintaining a compact 162mm x 162mm external size to accommodate a wide range of cameras, lenses and sensors, while minimizing space requirements.
